Time for the 3rd edition of the ultimate urban braai-off at BON Hotel Bloemfontein Central.
On Saturday 22 September, BON Hotel Bloemfontein Central will host the 3rd edition of the BONfire Braai Masters competition in support of Heritage Day and to celebrate our diverse cultures and heritage. Twenty corporate teams will compete against one another in pursuit of the title, that of Bloemfontein’s ‘Ultimate BONfire Braai Master’.
Each team of two will have open access to a pantry of delicious ingredients which they can use to create their plate of the day. Teams will be judged on their stands, team-spirit, preparation, technique, coal-fire quality, presentation and taste, with fantastic prizes up for grabs.
Pieter Van Rooyen, General Manager at BON Hotel Bloemfontein Central, says he is delighted to be hosting this event for the third time and is looking forward to giving back to the community, his guests and staff members.
Entrance to the BONfire is free and family, friends, foodies and the public are invited to come and enjoy a day of mouth-watering food, entertainment and good fun in the City of Roses.
All proceeds from the day will go towards local charity, Towers of Hope.
